type='text'></title><summary type='text'>輪到我付出的時候當年在哈佛大學念甘迺迪政府學院的時候，我已經很清楚知道自己不是從政的料(我在大學的主修是政治)，更不是做生意的料(否則就去念MBA了)，懶惰的個性跟學術界也完全無緣，對於非營利性組織和非政府組織，雖然情有獨鍾，卻對於自己是否真的能夠在養活自己之外，還有能力助人，難免跟大多數年輕人一樣有著很大的疑惑。 寄居在我身體裡的理想主義者，催促著我在這段求學的期間，開始接觸一些非營利機構的案主，有幸能夠幫助哈佛大學的HIID辦公室裡一群抱著理想從事國際發展的教授群，在課外的時間開始從事管理顧問的工作，從致力於保育海洋生態的水族館，到美國印地安的部落，讓我第一次開始相信，當身邊的朋友迫不及待地進入跨國企業，想趕快把昂貴的哈佛學費賺回來時，我卻能夢想著有一天，或許可以專門朝著NGO管理顧問的方向前進。後來有一年暑假在協助南太平洋的島國政府，研究如何引進高科技促進當地的經濟發展時，</summary><link 溫世仁生前在黃羊川播下的種子，讓網路效應持續在中國西部偏遠地區發酵，也讓世世代代走不出窮山惡水的貧農，看到了未來的希望。7月下旬，位於甘肅省祁連山腳下的黃羊川，下起連日的雨水。對每年降雨量不到300毫米的黃羊川，下雨應該是一件高興的事，但是在黃羊川山區長大的農民李興江卻搖著頭說：「今年是旱年，已經旱三年了。」李興江比了比肩膀寬的長度，無奈地說，今年小麥只有正常高度的一半，因為4、5月秧苗在長的時候一滴雨都沒下，現在準備要收割了，老天卻開始下起雨來，經水一泡的麥田，時間一久，麥子就會開始發芽，「看來今年的收成是無望了。」
